Aerospace Sourcing
Confidentiality

Your drawings are your business.

These rules apply to every request, from a bracket for a test stand to flight hardware.

NDA before files

Tick the NDA box on the request form and the mutual NDA opens on screen as soon as you submit, already filled in with your details. You sign electronically, we countersign, and both parties receive the executed PDF with a signature certificate and a hash-chained audit trail. If your company requires its own NDA, send it and we will review and sign it.

Flow-down NDAs for every supplier

Any shop, process house or lab that sees your data signs an NDA with us first, with obligations no less protective than ours with you. We share only what the supplier needs to quote and build the part. Suppliers do not learn who the end customer is unless you approve it.

No controlled data through the website

The request form only accepts files for commercial parts that you confirm contain no ITAR, EAR-controlled or CUI technical data. Controlled or unclassified requests carry program details only. Technical data then moves through the controlled program process.

U.S. persons only for controlled work

Controlled technical data is accessed only by U.S. persons on a recorded access list and only by suppliers whose registration and authorization we have verified.

Minimum access and retention

Files uploaded for commercial parts are stored privately and are visible only to our team. They are never public, never indexed and never shared with a supplier before an NDA is in place.

Deletion on request

If you decide not to move forward, tell us and we delete your files and instruct any supplier who received them to do the same, and confirm it in writing.
