Do you sign an NDA before we share drawings?
Yes. Tick the NDA box on the request form and the mutual NDA opens on screen, already filled in with your details. You sign it electronically, we countersign, and both parties receive the executed PDF with a signature certificate and a tamper-evident audit trail. Every supplier who later sees your data signs a flow-down NDA first.
Can I send ITAR or export-controlled drawings through the website?
No. The website only accepts files for commercial parts that you confirm contain no ITAR, EAR-controlled or CUI data. For controlled work you submit program details only, and we run our controlled program process with you: jurisdiction confirmed in writing, NDA executed, suppliers verified, flow-downs issued and a secure channel agreed before any technical data moves.
Do you make the parts yourselves?
No. We take responsibility for the order: we match your part to qualified shops, flow down your requirements, track the job, check the paperwork and deliver the finished part. You get one point of contact and one purchase order instead of chasing several vendors.
What paperwork comes with my parts?
Every order ships with a certificate of conformance. When your requirements call for them, we also deliver material certs with full traceability, AS9102 first article inspection reports, special process certs and source inspection records. Tell us on the request form what your quality team needs and we build it into the quote.
How fast will I hear back?
